Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of the Peezy 3D Prints website. By placing an order, creating an account, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping and Local Pickup Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or place an order.
Products and Custom Production
All products are individually 3D printed and made to order. Product photographs are examples. Minor differences in color, texture, finish, layer appearance, seams, support marks, and other characteristics may occur as a normal result of the 3D-printing process.
Unless a specific customization is requested and confirmed, colors, details, and other design choices may be selected at the discretion of Peezy 3D Prints.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, customization selections, and other product information before ordering.
Customer Requests
We will make reasonable efforts to follow customization requests submitted with an order. A request is not guaranteed unless it has been accepted and confirmed by Peezy 3D Prints.
Requests involving uncommon materials, colors, designs, or other special requirements may require additional cost or production time. We may contact the customer for clarification before production begins.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of names, team selections, spelling, colors, and other information they submit.
Orders
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable materials, pricing or listing errors, production limitations, suspected fraud, prohibited requests, or other reasonable business concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price displayed when an order is submitted applies to that order, except when an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or fees are shown during checkout when required.
Payments are processed through PayPal and its supported payment methods. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before printing or production has started. Once production begins, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible through the Contact Us page and must include the order number. A request is not approved until Peezy 3D Prints confirms the cancellation.
Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Damage
Because all products are custom-made and produced to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except as specifically stated in our Refund and Returns Policy or as required by applicable law.
Items damaged during shipping may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the extent of the damage. Requirements and reporting deadlines are described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Production, Shipping, and Local Pickup
Production, packaging, shipping, tracking, and local-pickup terms are described in our Shipping and Local Pickup Policy.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Peezy 3D Prints. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended location and purpose.
Products are not intended for young children unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Small parts may present a choking hazard. Products should be kept away from excessive heat, open flame, and other conditions unsuitable for the selected printing material.
Decorative products are not food-safe, medical devices, protective equipment, toys, or load-bearing equipment unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.
Website Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, interference with the website, or violation of these terms.
Prohibited Use
The website may not be used to:
- Commit fraud or violate applicable law
- Interfere with website security or operation
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Submit malicious code or harmful content
- Misrepresent identity or payment information
- Violate the rights of another person or organization
Intellectual Property
Website text, original photographs, branding, graphics, and other original site content belonging to Peezy 3D Prints may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission.
Names, logos, characters, and trademarks belonging to other parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a product listing or required by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Peezy 3D Prints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
Our total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order, except where a different limitation is required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when our products, services, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
